We have the experience to address all issues relating to the international sale of Canadian nightcrawlers. As a courtesy to all of our customers we take the worms to the airport and load the shipping containers ourselves. This significantly reduces the risk of mishandling and the airline shipping costs. We make every effort to afford to our customers the peace of mind that their shipments will arrive on time and in good order.
Canada and U.S.A.
For sales into Canada and into the USA we can provide landed service by airfreight using all the major airlines so that we can cater to most international airports. We can arrange for all aspects of shipping including booking the freight and we handle any required customs documentation. This means that all you have to do is go to the airport and simply claim your shipment. For customers close to Toronto we can deliver by road using our own trucks or you have the option of picking up from our facility. Our minimum airfreight shipment to Canada and to the U.S.A. is 18,000 worms in one skidded master cardboard box. Normal time of airfreight delivery is 24-48 hours from the time we ship.
International
For sales outside of North America we ship either F.O.B or C.I.F via airfreight. We have arrangements with many international airlines and brokers and we handle all aspects of the shipment. If you do not already have a broker that handles your incoming freight we can arrange for a customs broker in your country. The nightcrawlers are shipped in boxes of 1,000 and there is no minimum for international shipments but 50,000 is usually an economical threshold. If you are not certain whether or not Canadian nightcrawlers are permitted in your country please contact us or ask your broker. The Harmonized Tariff number you should refer to is 0106.00.5020. We can also arrange for any certificates that may be required for import.
Pricing

contracts. Purchasing by contract is the most favorable method for our customers
since it assures them that the bait will be delivered when required at a pre-negotiated
price. This method goes a long way in avoiding a scenario where you need
Nightcrawlers, but, due to weather conditions they are not available or their cost
has double in price overnight. Andy's Bait Intl. also prefers this method since we
can obtain nightcrawlers during favorable weather and keep the quality as high as
possible all year round.
